This Love Came Back to Me

Jenna wasn't a singer for a living by any means. She loved her job at the hospital, but when her father surprised her with a trip to a recording studio for Christmas, she jumped on the opportunity. She hadn't done anything like that in several years. She was nervous for Ted to arrive, because some of the songs were very personal, and had been written about the two of them, and she'd also recently cut her hair, and wasn't sure if he was going to like it.

Ted walked into the studio. He couldn't wait to hear her sing because that was aside of her he never got to see

Jenna sat on a couch in the back of the room in front of the recording booth, looking over the lyrics to the songs that she planned to record.

Ted smiled when. He saw her and he walked over to her

She smiled brightly. "Hey you!"

"Hey. How are you?"

"Good, good," she nodded. "A little nervous, but good."

"Why nervous?" He asked sitting down next to her

"I just haven't done this in a while, since last time we were together, and...some of these songs are...about us."

He nodded." I'm sure that it's going to be amazing."

She blushed a bit, hand combing through her significantly shorter hair.

He smiled kissing the top of her head
